Cancellation
To cancel your membership, kindly notify our staff by e-mailing us at CustomerService@StartFresh.com within three calendar days of the time you posted your membership request to us. A membership request posting occurs as you submit your credit card information. That is considered the official time you joined our program.

By providing you with this three-day grace period, we hope to enable your planning and your effective use of our kosher weight loss program, whether planning for and using it for weekdays or planning for Shabbat meals in advance and using it during the course of Shabbat from your initial plan, if you are a Shabbat observer. Therefore, if you observe Shabbat and that day falls within the three-day period, you would still have been able to count that date as a day during which you could benefit from advance planning on our site. We believe this three day period should suffice in showing whether our program is the right one for you.

Please also note that if you indicate that you wish to cancel your membership after the three-day grace period is over, we will only be able to credit your account for the month(s) other than your first month, within which you have already participated. For example, if you joined for dates beginning Noon on March 1 and ending two months later at 11:59AM of April 30, and you told us to cancel your membership and asked for a refund of charges later than Noon on March 4, we would credit you for your second month of April only.

If you are experiencing difficulty with the program or have questions within that three day period, we will work efficiently to help you resolve your problems or concerns to help mold our program most closely to your needs.

In some cases, we are open to brief extensions of your membership in the event that you experience any technical difficulty that prohibits your use of our program and site after you've already paid for membership.

Credit Cards
If your credit card cannot be processed, we will not be able to initialize membership and will notify you.

Renewal
Your membership will automatically be renewed for three months after your initial two month membership period is over. However, we will alert you via e-mail one calendar week in advance of your automatic renewal and request that you reply should you not wish to be renewed. When your reply is received, we will comply with your request to ensure that you incur no further charge.
